Amare: la nouvelle maison culturelle polyvalente la plus durable des Pays-Bas<\/em><\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s cinq ans de construction, la tr\u00e8s attendue maison \u00e9ducative et culturelle de La Haye a r\u00e9cemment ouvert ses portes au public. Le cabinet d\u2019architecture de renom JCAU Architects & Urbanists, en partenariat avec NOAHH Network Oriented Architects, a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une installation hautement durable - avec une certification BREEAM Excellent - qui allie l'\u00e9l\u00e9gance et le style europ\u00e9ens \u00e0 une utilisation polyvalente et intensive. L'ext\u00e9rieur de l\u2019\u00e9difice pr\u00e9sente une fa\u00e7ade unique con\u00e7ue comme une s\u00e9rie de rideaux de th\u00e9\u00e2tre, tandis qu'\u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur, se trouvent divers studios et salles de r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, un grand hall d'entr\u00e9e public et deux \u00e9tablissements de restauration. Ce qui attire toutefois le plus l'attention, ce sont les trois principales salles de spectacle : une salle d'ensemble de 600\u00a0places, un th\u00e9\u00e2tre de 1\u00a0300\u00a0places et une salle de concert de 1 500 places. Toutes trois sont construites avec une acoustique ind\u00e9pendante pour permettre des \u00e9v\u00e9nements simultan\u00e9s, et les deux plus grandes salles ont aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 rendues flexibles pour optimiser l'utilisation de l'espace. La maison culturelle d'Amare, qui abrite d\u00e9sormais le Residence Orchestra, le Royal Conservatory and the Nederlands Dans Theatre, peut accueillir jusqu'\u00e0 6\u00a0600\u00a0visiteurs \u00e0 la fois, toute l'ann\u00e9e, pour tout un \u00e9ventail d'activit\u00e9s.

Modern technology and equipment were of paramount importance to achieve this feat. The city council and the general contractor, Bouwcombinatie Cadanz<\/strong><\/em> (Boele & Van Eesteren I Visser & Smit Bouw), enlisted the assistance of BEO Trekwerk<\/em><\/strong>, a Dutch firm with over 20 years of experience in complete theatre installations, to deliver all scenic equipment for the venue. In turn, the Canadian engineering firm Gala Syst\u00e8mes<\/strong><\/em>, specializing in the design and manufacture of under-stage machinery, was appointed by Cadanz<\/em><\/strong> et BEO Trekwerk<\/em><\/strong> to supply its patented innovative lifting technology for the creation of versatile orchestra and stage lift solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n

DES ESPACES FLEXIBLES<\/mark><\/strong>
\n\nTout d'abord, la salle de th\u00e9\u00e2tre \u00e9tait destin\u00e9e \u00e0 accueillir non seulement des productions culturelles telles que des com\u00e9dies musicales, des spectacles de danse et autres \u00e9v\u00e9nements familiaux, mais aussi des conventions et des pr\u00e9sentations d'entreprise. Pour y parvenir, les consultants sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en th\u00e9\u00e2tre de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9erlandaise bien connue Theateradvies ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 la conception de la machinerie sc\u00e9nique. Ils ont opt\u00e9 pour la technologie de Gala Syst\u00e8mes, le Spiralift. Pr\u00e9sent dans plus de\u00a01\u00a0500\u00a0installations dans le monde, ce v\u00e9rin m\u00e9canique extr\u00eamement compact poss\u00e8de \u00e0 la fois une grande stabilit\u00e9 et une capacit\u00e9 de levage sup\u00e9rieure. Ainsi \u00e9quip\u00e9e, la sc\u00e8ne se compose de deux plateaux d'orchestre et d'un \u00e9l\u00e9vateur de sc\u00e8ne - aliment\u00e9 par 20\u00a0unit\u00e9s Spiralift - qui peuvent fonctionner s\u00e9par\u00e9ment pour cr\u00e9er diff\u00e9rents am\u00e9nagements d\u2019espace.

Ensuite, la salle de concert principale a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour s'adapter \u00e0 des styles musicaux vari\u00e9s, du classique au populaire. Dans sa configuration d'auditorium, parfaitement adapt\u00e9e aux concerts symphoniques, cette salle offre des si\u00e8ges confortables avec des lignes de vue optimales et une excellente acoustique. Avec des si\u00e8ges amovibles et une sc\u00e8ne qui peut \u00eatre agrandie, la salle de concert peut passer \u00e0 une configuration \u00ab\u00a0public est debout\u00a0\u00bb, portant sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 2\u00a0500\u00a0spectateurs. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur collaboration fructueuse, BEOTrekwerk et Gala Syst\u00e8mes ont dot\u00e9 de flexibilit\u00e9 cet espace restreint en utilisant un vaste syst\u00e8me de v\u00e9rins compacts (13\u00a0unit\u00e9s Spiralift), int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans un syst\u00e8me de guidage fabriqu\u00e9 sur mesure par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9erlandaise. Les plateformes de l'orchestre et de la sc\u00e8ne s\u2019ajustent au gr\u00e9 des \u00e9v\u00e8nements afin d\u2019accueillir de mani\u00e8re optimale des orchestres de types et de tailles vari\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
