Le\u00a0Spiralift \u00a0a toujours constitu\u00e9 l\u2019une de ses plus grandes forces; il s\u2019agit d\u2019un v\u00e9rin ultra-compact con\u00e7u pour manipuler de lourdes charges avec facilit\u00e9. La technologie s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9e une solution utile pour certaines applications inhabituelles, notamment le renouvellement des \u00e9quipements m\u00e9caniques dans les b\u00e2timents historiques o\u00f9 l\u2019espace est souvent restreint. En outre, pour les applications n\u00e9cessitant une grande vitesse de d\u00e9placement, Gala a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 la nouvelle\u00a0s\u00e9rie I-Lock de\u00a0Spiralift\u00a0 \u00e0 engrenages, qui peut atteindre une vitesse de 0,3 m\/s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De 2009 \u00e0 2012, le Th\u00e9\u00e2tre Royal n\u00e9oclassique de Li\u00e8ge en Belgique qui abrite l\u2019Op\u00e9ra Royal de Wallonie a subi une importante transformation tant ext\u00e9rieure qu\u2019int\u00e9rieure. L\u2019\u00e9difice construit en 1875 a \u00e9t\u00e9 rehauss\u00e9 d\u2019une structure cubique qui se dresse au-dessus du portique \u00e0 colonnes, et on a pu red\u00e9couvrir, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une minutieuse restauration, toute la splendeur pass\u00e9e de son auditorium \u00e0 l\u2019italienne (capacit\u00e9 de 1 041 places). Techniquement, toute la machinerie sc\u00e9nique devait \u00eatre parfaitement adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 une utilisation moderne tout en offrant une solution au probl\u00e8me des op\u00e9rations de chargement et de d\u00e9chargement, qui se d\u00e9roulent sous la sc\u00e8ne de l\u2019auditorium en raison des contraintes du b\u00e2timent d\u2019origine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Pour faire face \u00e0 ce d\u00e9fi, l\u2019entrepreneur principal du projet,\u00a0Putman Theatec, sp\u00e9cialiste en installation de machinerie sc\u00e9nique, a utilis\u00e9 les\u00a0\u00e9l\u00e9vateurs de sc\u00e8ne de Gala Syst\u00e8mes, y compris le\u00a0Spiralift\u00a0standard et le\u00a0Spiralift\u00a0haute vitesse \u00e0 engrenages de la s\u00e9rie I-Lock.\u00a0Ainsi \u00e9quip\u00e9es, quatre plateformes peuvent \u00eatre maintenant manipul\u00e9es s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, sans bruit, ce qui simplifie les op\u00e9rations de chargement, am\u00e9liore l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des changements de sc\u00e8ne et permet diff\u00e9rentes dispositions sc\u00e9niques.\u00a0Cette r\u00e9ussite, alliant tradition et modernit\u00e9 au Th\u00e9\u00e2tre Royal de Li\u00e8ge, est une excellente nouvelle pour les amateurs d\u2019op\u00e9ra!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
